I went online, you know, I like to see what other people have said and then when I came in and met the attorney I was impressed and decided to go with him. [If someone I knew was ever injured] I would say 'Here is a business card for my attorney. You should call him.'

Michael Grossman
Wrongful Death Attorney
Attorney Michael Grossman has spent the last 21 years fighting for the rights of grieving and injured victims who have suffered negligent personal injuries or the wrongful deaths of their loved ones. Thanks to his efforts both in court and at the negotiating table, hundreds of grieving families in Texas and Arkansas have been able to recover millions and millions of dollars in damages after they were robbed of their loved ones due to someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing. After compiling so much success helping people, Michael Grossman has developed a reputation as a competent, hard-working and trustworthy lawyer that his clients can depend upon. Moreover, he’s earned the respect of defense attorneys and insurers alike, who know he’s an opponent to be feared because he delivers results.
With more than 20 years of experience handling wrongful death cases, Michael Grossman knows that no amount of money can repair the hole left in your family by wrongful death of a cherished loved one. However, he also recognizes that most people cannot focus on their emotional recovery while they’re still struggling with the economic setbacks created by their loved one’s death. Thus, he’s dedicated to trying to help grieving and injured Texans secure adequate and equitable restitution, so they can focus on recovery.
To Michael, education has always been important, as he was focused on building a strong base for a life in law at a very young age. After starting at the St. Mark’s School of Texas, consistently considered among the top prep schools in the Dallas area, Michael moved on to the University of Alabama, where he picked his degree in business administration in 1987. After graduating, Michael left Tuscaloosa and headed to Waco, where he attended the highly-esteemed Baylor School of Law, earning his doctorate of jurisprudence in 1990.
Michael is not just a law automaton. He has other interests – most importantly his family. Michael enjoys nothing more than finding time to spend with his wife and two daughters.
Moreover, Michael had other interests in school besides the books. From a young age, he was an exceptional athlete, with particular success on the tennis court. At Alabama, he lettered in tennis for three years, and his love of firing the fuzzy ball over the net has not dissipated over time. He still plays whenever he gets the chance is ranked nationally as a father-son team with his dad, who is also an attorney. Michael also has a love of all sports, and loves discussing the latest news or developments with his fantasy team. Michael has always said he carried the competitive spirit he learned on the tennis court and various athletic fields right into the courtroom, where it has fueled his fire and desire to excel.
With 20 years of practicing wrongful death and personal injury law under his belt, Michael Grossman is an experienced lawyer who can deliver results. On the other hand, there’s many lawyers who can deliver that boast. What sets Michael apart is his reputation for reliability and integrity.
