Keith C. Purdue hasn’t always been on the private practice side of the legal fence. He began his career as a clerk for a district judge straight out of law school, and then moved on to a post at the Fort Worth District Attorney’s office. Mr. Purdue’s time in the Fort Worth D.A.’s office didn’t just earn him a reputation as a tough prosecutor, but it helped him develop the legal cognizance, knowledge and skills that would help him become one of the most feared and respected personal injury lawyers in the state of Texas. What he learned sending criminals to prison, Purdue now uses to help victims of other people’s negligence.

Since he made the transition to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases, Mr. Purdue has earned accolades for his ability, garnering a spot in the American Trial Lawyers Association. Moreover, Keith was invited to join the Million Dollar Advocates Forum – an honor bestowed on less than one percent of all American trial attorneys.

As a personal injury and wrongful death attorney, Mr. Purdue has developed a hard-earned reputation as a formidable opponent and dauntless defender of the rights of those who have been wrongfully injured or worse, those who’ve lost loved ones due to someone else’s carelessness or wrongdoing. He’s taken cases before some of the highest courts in Texas, and he’s compiled significant experience on the federal level, most often in the 236th Judicial District Court. After leaving the Ft. Worth’s D.A.’s office, Keith went to work for a large Texas law firm, but he wasn’t happy at a big-box firm. He needed to find a place where he could better utilize his legal mind and skills to help people. Thus, he took his unique legal style – a combination of compassion for his clients and a tough attitude toward negligent parties – to Grossman Law Offices, where he has truly thrived.

Mr. Purdue doesn’t spend his entire life dealing with legal matters. He loves to spend time with his children, wife, and dog, as well as attending church events and reading about (and discussing) hot-button political and social issues. He also enjoys spending time bonding with his brothers on hunting & fishing trips.

For his higher education, Mr. Purdue is a tried and true Red Raider, having attended Texas Tech for both undergraduate studies, in which he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, and for law school, where he graduated from the Texas Tech School of Law with a Juris Doctorate.
